My Path
I am a Naturopath Practitioner/Naturotherapist dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and thrive in everyday life. I am a member of the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada (ACNN), and my treatments are covered by most insurance companies under Naturopath.
I originally come from Lithuania, where my foundation in movement and performance began at the Lithuanian Sports University(2001-2005). I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Tourism Management, gaining a strong understanding of human movement, body mechanics, and physical performance.

During my studies, I participated in the Socrates Erasmus program in Hamburg, Germany, focusing on intercultural communication—an experience that shaped my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and to see health through a broader, more holistic lens. I also took part in a Work and Travel program in Alaska(USA), where living and working close to nature strengthened my resilience and deepened my appreciation for balance, simplicity, and well-being.
After completing university, I moved to Germany, where I worked in the fitness industry, supporting people in improving strength, performance, and overall fitness.
My career then evolved into entrepreneurship when I became the owner of CGGC – Canadian Global Goaltending Camps, which I led for over 10 years(2009-2022). In this role, I organized and delivered peak performance training programs for athletes, integrating dryland training, movement mechanics, nutrition, and mental training. Working closely with athletes of all levels reinforced my understanding that optimal performance—and true health—depends not only on physical conditioning, but on the nervous system, mental state, recovery, and balance.
In 2020, I felt a clear calling to expand my skill set and go deeper—beyond performance—into the human body, energy, and healing. This led me to Vienna, Austria, where I began my professional training at the School for Manual Bodywork & Shiatsu with Stephan Hilpert. What followed exceeded all expectations.
Learning became deeply joyful and inspiring, as my education bridged Western anatomy and physiology with Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, offering a comprehensive understanding of health, harmony, and the body as an interconnected system. This integrative approach continues to shape the way I work today.
In my practice, I now combine structured, evidence-informed manual therapies with intuitive and energetic approaches. Each session is personalized and guided by your body’s needs—whether you are seeking pain relief, improved mobility, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, or deep relaxation.
I integrate a wide range of modalities, including deep tissue and fascial therapy, myotherapy, lymphatic drainage, Shiatsu, Thai yoga massage, acupressure & meridian work, reflexology, cupping, taping, and energy-based therapies like Reiki and Healing Touch.
My intention is to create a safe, calm, and supportive space where your body can release stored tension, restore flow, and reconnect with its natural rhythm.
I speak Lithuanian, German, English, and Russian, which allows me to work comfortably with an international and multicultural client base.
Outside of my practice, I love nature, sports, philosophy, history, geography, music, and the arts. I am naturally curious, optimistic, and future-oriented, and I deeply enjoy learning and connecting with people. I am a mother to my son Norris and share my life with my partner Roland—family and meaningful connection are at the heart of everything I do.
